Senior Construction Project Manager

Bosch Building Technologies is hiring a full-time senior project manager in Vancouver for complex integrated technology projects, including security systems. Pay: CAD $120,000-$170,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery from scope and proposals through engineering, procurement, installation and closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, quality, project staff and client relationships. The work includes office and customer-site activities, driving and possible overnight travel.

Qualifications

At least eight years in low-voltage systems and six years in construction management, security integration or field work. Experience on large projects and knowledge of security platforms, cabling and audiovisual systems are required. A valid driving licence and required screening apply. PMP and other relevant certifications are preferred.
