About the role

Coordinate service delivery for Houle’s security-technology customers. Triage requests, schedule and dispatch technicians, maintain work orders and support billing, customer communication and service documentation.

What you bring

At least two years of relevant service coordination or customer support experience and basic knowledge of access control, CCTV and intrusion detection.
